Rangers have won each of their five meetings with Hearts this season – by an aggregate score of 13-2
Rangers can end league season on a high
Rangers lost out on the Scottish Premiership title to bitter rivals Celtic, thanks in part to their defeat in the Old Firm derby last weekend, but the Gers can still put themselves in good stead for their upcoming Scottish Cup final with their city neighbours by claiming victory at Hearts.
The hosts have won just one of their last five in all competitions and have historically struggled when facing Rangers, winning just 76 of their 372 meetings across league and cup – including each of their last five.
The Gers meanwhile have won four of their last five and boast the second strongest attack in the division, with three players scoring at least 10 league goals this season – James Tavernier (17), Cyriel Dessers (16) and Abdallah Sima (11), more than any other side.
The scoring strength of the visitors should see them claim victory on the final day of the season. However, Rangers have conceded in each of their last four games and Hearts do possess the league’s top goalscorer in Lawrence Shankland (23) and so their should be a consolation goal in store for the hosts and a 2-1 result draws the eye.
Predictions:Rangers and Both Teams To Score Rangers 2-1
