The team from Allianz Riviera are enjoying a sensational spell of form under new manager Didier Digard.
They won four and drew one of the previous five league rounds despite an extremely tough schedule in the process.
Digard can be particularly pleased with the defensive rhythm his men have shown in the recent weeks because Nice allowed just one goal in the previous four league fixtures.
Nice looked particularly impressive on Sunday evening when they saw off red-hot Marseille 1-3 away at Stade Orange-Velodrome in the derby of the previous Matchday.
