Cardiff finally managed to arrest the huge slump in form and pick up their maiden league win since November 5th as they dispatched Birmingham 0-2 on the road on Tuesday night.
It was a tight affair without too many goal-scoring chances on either end but the Bluebirds eventually managed to find two late goals in quick succession through Perry Ng and Callum Robinson to make the difference at St. Andrew’s.
Sabri Lamouchi’s men have thus ended a four-loss streak in the league and they remained above the relegation zone as a consequence.
The job is by no means done, though, as the Bluebirds are looking ahead of another super-important game on Friday evening when they will open Matchday No 33 with the home clash against Reading.
