Newcastle has surprised many with its extremely strong season, and not many thought at the start of the season that the team would challenge for a Champions League place when we arrived in March. Sure, the team has brought in a wealthy Saudi owner, but the sporting development of the team has gone unexpectedly fast. The one bought to be Newcastle's big star is Isak. Unfortunately, the Swede has had the season spoiled by injuries, and he has only played 8 league games (of which 5 from the start). There have been 3 goals in that playing time. The team has been worse lately, with 3 straight losses, but in the team's defense it must be said that they then played against Liverpool, Man Utd and Man City and that should not worry manager Howe. They lost against Liverpool with 0-2, but they created a lot of chances even with one less player on the field. New reinforcement Gordon should be in the starting eleven and he will certainly contribute a lot to the team when he fits in. Wolves have had a weak season, and are in 13th place in the Premier League. In a very even table, with this 13th place, you only have 5 points to spare down to the relegation spot, and you would have felt good about increasing your points intake a little. You don't want to end up in a streak when the season is coming to an end. I think Newcastle will win today as this is a very quality team and it is a matter of time when will they start winning again. Wolves have been awful away from home and I don't believe they can go back home with points.
