Costa Rica and Guatemala will test each other ahead of their respective CONCACAF Gold Cup matches later this month.
The two outfits will lock horns in an exhibition on Thursday evening on the neutral venue of Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California.
Guatemala were already in action this month, falling 2-0 to Mexico and 1-0 to Trinidad and Tobago within the past eight days.
Head coach Luis Fernando Tena can be worried regarding his team’s attacking displays as Guatemala did not offer much in the final third in either of the mentioned friendlies.
Los Chapines have a modest squad with Real Salt Lake’s Rubio Rubin as the main star.
Costa Rica, on the other side, enter this match off the back of a disappointing defeat to Panama in the crucial CONCACAF Nations League tie in March.
