Athletic Bilbao have emerged as serious contenders for the top four in La Liga after a terrific December and they can carry their form into 2024 with a win over Sevilla.
The Basque club recorded wins over Rayo Vallecano, Atletico Madrid and Las Palmas in La Liga last month and also eased to a 3-0 win away to Cayon in the second round of the Copa del Rey.
With games against Real Sociedad and Valencia to come later this month, they will be determined to get points on the board as quickly as possible and they should claim all three away to Sevilla.
Struggling Sevilla set for another setback
The Andalusian hosts have had a tough time of it all season and failed to even score in three of their five league fixtures in December, drawing blanks against Mallorca, Getafe and Atletico Madrid.
They have failed to win seven of their nine home contests in the Spanish top flight this term and should be opposed against Champions League-chasing Athletic Bilbao.
As for a correct score pick, Sevilla scored only four times in five La Liga matches last month and could struggle to breach the sturdy visitors, who are value to win this game 2-0.
