That offers an opportunity to Milan, who have been let down by their backline in recent weeks. They do have defensive selection issues, but playing Empoli offers them a chance to get things back on track. The Rossoneri have enough firepower to see off Empoli, but given how wayward the hosts are going forward there’s value to be found in an away win to nil.
