Walsall have lost just two of their 11 matches in all competitions this season
Leicester’s sole victory this season came in the previous round against Tranmere
The Foxes won their last meeting 1-0 in the FA Cup in 2023
Visitors can end Saddlers cup run
While Leicester may still be chasing their first Premier League win of the campaign, they have already shown their qualities in the Carabao Cup against lower league opposition this season and they will believe that they can edge out an in-form Walsall side on Tuesday.
The Foxes ran rampant against League Two Tranmere in the previous round – winning 4-0 at the King Power Stadium – and they have not lost any of their last three visits to Walsall, winning all three by a combined score of 9-2.
The Saddlers head into this encounter on the back of three consecutive victories in all competitions and Mat Sadler’s side are currently unbeaten at the Poundland Bescot Stadium this season, winning five of their six fixtures here in normal time.
This form should give the hosts hope of at least grabbing a goal in this cup clash however the quality of the Foxes could be too much of a hurdle to overcome for the Saddlers. Leicester have netted in each competitive match so far this season and should come out on top, with our prediction being a 2-1 win for the visitors.
Predictions:Leicester City and Both Teams To Score Leicester City 2-1
