Jude Bellingham has scored in Real Madrid’s last three away league matches
Bellingham has rediscovered his Madrid mojo
Rayo Vallecano will have their work cut out trying to douse a Real Madrid side that has begun to catch fire again lately with Jude Bellingham rediscovering the form that made him La Liga’s Most Valuable Player in 2023-24.
The England midfielder has scored in five of his last six appearances for Los Blancos, including what turned out to be the crucial winner in their midweek Champions League win over Atalanta.
Bellingham has made a nice habit of scoring on the road and will be looking to notch for the fourth successive away La Liga match on Saturday.
Vallecano are not in great form
This short trip to Vallecas should not be a problem for Carlo Ancelotti’s men, although they have not won there since 2022. Inigo Perez’s side have lost four of their last six league games to slip down to 12th place and lost their lats two at home against mid-table Las Palmas and fourth-placed Athletic Bilbao.
On both occasions they scored once and conceded multiple goals, which is how Saturday’s game could pan out. Real Madrid have scored three times in three of their lats five away games in all competitions and can run out 3-1 winners to maintain their title push.
