Watford ended the year with a 2-1 defeat at home to Cardiff and are winless across their last four away games, but two of those have ended all square and they should be able to get a point against Marti Cifuentes’ side.
That defeat to the Bluebirds was the fifth successive Watford game in which both teams have scored, and the same can be said of three of QPR’s last four outings, so that looks a solid bet to open the year with alongside a 1-1 correct score prediction.
