Saturday’s Championship clash between Burnley and Luton at Turf Moor should see goals and the value is in taking over 2.5.
Burnley have been in some low-scoring games of late – 11 of the last 13 have gone under 2.5 goals – but there were four goals in their 4-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday two weeks ago and a 2-1 victory at Cardiff followed on Tuesday.
Burnley are third in the Championship, with 19 wins and two defeats from their 35 games this season, while Luton are 22nd and have won eight.
The hosts are 19 places above Luton, who were relegated from the Premier League last season alongside the Clarets.
Burnley are unbeaten in 62 of their last 65 Championship home games and have gone 18 home games since their last defeat. Luton have lost two away games in a row and have sustained 14 defeats on their last 16 away days in the Championship.
Luton have been leaking goals on their travels, conceding in each of their last 14 away games. This could give Burnley plenty of opportunities to find the net.
Burnley may be able to edge out Luton in a close game, with a 2-1 home win the correct-score pick. Luton have gone down by a single goal 11 times in the Championship this season and conceded exactly twice in four of their last six league away games.
