Royals to boost top-six claims
Reading have been winners in three of their last four League One home games and they should be backed to get the better of Lincoln at the Select Car Leasing Stadium on Friday.
They are sixth in League One, six places and 14 points above Lincoln, with 19 wins, 12 draws and 11 losses. Lincoln sit 12th with 14 wins, 13 draws and 15 defeats from their 42 games this season.
Reading drew 0-0 with ten-man Northampton last weekend, having won four of their previous six League One games. With the pre-game betting suggesting a tight contest, Reading were available at odds of 19/10.
They have been impressive defensively at home this season, conceding just 16 goals in 21 League One games – an average of 0.76 goals per game.
Reading are unbeaten in 14 of their last 15 matches in League One and have momentum on their side as they chase a play-off spot.
