Barnsley to continue away run
Barnsley are in form away from home and look the best bet when they visit Northampton on Saturday.
Darrell Clarke’s side have won their last three League One games on the road and are unbeaten in six of their last seven.
Barnsley are fifth in League One, 13 places and 16 points above Northampton. They have won 12 of their 25 games this season, while the hosts have six wins, eight draws and 11 defeats.
The hosts’ struggles in front of goal are a major concern.
Northampton have scored just 11 goals in 11 home games this season and have failed to find the net in three of their last four matches at Sixfields.
Northampton ended a five-game winless run in League One with a 1-0 win over Burton Albion on Saturday, but drew 0-0 with Stevenage in their last home game.
Barnsley have also been solid at the back, keeping a clean sheet in their last League One game against Crawley, and they have won five of their last seven league games.
Barnsley are in excellent form and look much the better side here. The 3-0 away win is an attractive correct-score bet.
