Finland have conceded in 11 of their last 12 matches
The visitors scored in five of their six trips in the last qualifying campaign
Lithuania saw BTTS land in all of their home Euro 2024 qualifiers
Finland aim to build on strong start
Finland won 1-0 at Malta in their opening qualifier for the 2026 World Cup and they’re aiming to make it two wins from two on the road in Monday’s trip to Lithuania.
The hosts have lost each of their last six games and they look vulnerable against a Finland side who scored in five of their six trips in Euro 2024 qualifying, winning three of those.
Both teams scored in all four of Lithuania’s home games in the last qualifying campaign and the hosts have netted in eight of their previous nine home internationals.
The home side lost at Poland in their opener but Monday’s clash should see them venture forward more frequently. They meet a Finland side who have recorded one clean sheet across their last 12 matches, so both teams to score holds plenty of appeal here.
