Cyprus have conceded at least three goals in nine of their last 14 road games
The visitors have won just three of their last 27 away matches
Seven of Bosnia’s last 11 on their own patch have featured at least three goals
Bosnians may have turned the corner
Both Bosnia-Herzegovina and Cyprus have endured some recent struggles but it could be the former who benefit more from a fresh World Cup qualifying campaign and they can come out on top of this one with a bit to spare.
They won just two points from a tough Nations League group, but a 2-1 home defeat to Germany was no disgrace and they built upon a 1-1 draw with the Netherlands in their final game by winning their opening qualifier 1-0 against Romania on Friday.
That should stand them in good stead to maintain their strong start against Cyprus when the pair meet on Monday.
Cyprus look in for a tough time
The visitors also got their campaign off to a winning start this week with a 2-0 win over San Marino, but the fact they needed two second-half goals to get past one of the weakest teams in international football is not encouraging.
Their poor away record is also a cause for pessimism as they regularly ship multiple goals when they are on the road, so a Bosnia win in a game with more than two goals looks the way to go, with a 3-0 home win of potential interest to those looking for a correct-score bet.
